Todd Snyder

Managing Director
Founder / CEO

For over 30 years, Todd has led startup ventures as a CEO and built a career in international capital markets. His travels to 96+ countries—as both a businessman and a father—have shaped a deep commitment to socially conscious work that highlights stories often left untold. After meeting thousands of refugees and internally displaced individuals, Todd is now channeling his global experience and relationships into driving meaningful change. This mission is at the heart of Lost Faces of Humanity.

Arash Amirnezami

Board Member

Arash Amirnezami currently serves as VP of Finance, Business Development, and Strategy at Paramount Sports Entertainment (formerly Skydance Media), where he is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, financial planning, and evaluating growth opportunities across the business.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Arash brings a strong track record of aligning financial strategy with business expansion, supporting complex transactions, and building scalable operating frameworks.

Arash is passionate about leveraging his professional expertise to support vulnerable communities and is also a dedicated advocate for animal welfare.  He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.  In his personal time, he is an avid hockey player and enjoys weekend adventures with his two dogs.

General Willy Duchene

Board Member

Joins the board of Lost Faces of Humanity in 2024. He is responsible for funding and managing global projects with an emphasis on bringing new technologies to market and improving the global infrastructure. He is currently developing projects in key industries and countries that will create new jobs. Mr. Duchene's focus is on making the world a better place for humanity.

General. Duchene is a former Senior Army Representative and Security Assistance Officer: He represented the U.S. Army Commander in Chief at the U.S. Embassy in Venezuela and advised the U.S. Ambassador in all areas on political-military affairs.

He was Second in command of the largest Field Artillery Battalion in the U.S. Army. Responsible for the morale and welfare of Advanced Individual Training soldiers of all the Field Artillery Specialties. He managed the personnel files of over 3,000 soldiers and a 40-person staff as an operations Officer at Joint Task Force Six.

Don Stabler

Board Member

Don Stabler, President and CEO at Stabler & Associates, has more than 18 years of experience in business and tax management. That, coupled with his 17 years with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from 1984 to 2001, as a territory Manager/Branch Chief, gives him over 35 years of tax, business, and organizational experience. In 2001, Don began representing individuals and businesses in the private sector in resolving tax and other financial management issues.

While Don offers his services in areas of Tax Representation and Management, he also serves as a Business Manager for entertainers, athletes, musicians, businesses, and individuals. Don leads a team of highly trained and experienced associates who serve as consultants for professionals in the field of finance, accounting, and complex tax resolution cases.

 

Kristen Knape

Director of Strategy & Marketing

Kristen is currently the Associate Head of Strategy & Head of Philanthropy at David & Goliath, an advertising agency. Beyond acting as the strategic lead on several key accounts, she guides non-profit programs including the agency's own non-profit, Today, I'm Brave - an organization that highlights and fundraises on behalf of brave individuals and other non-profits.

Robert Gill

Board Member / COO

Robert Gill is an operations and production professional with more than 25 years of experience in project development, budgeting, and strategic planning. A graduate of York University in Toronto, he began his career in the entertainment industry, specializing in post-production, where he was Owner/CEO/President - Filmworks/FX Inc., also founding and operating his own consulting company supporting development, production, and organizational growth initiatives.

In recent years, Mr. Gill has advised organizations seeking capital and expansion opportunities, helping leadership teams align operational strategy with sustainable funding and long-term planning. As Chief Operating Officer of Lost Faces of Humanity, he oversees operational planning, budgeting, and strategic development in support of the organization’s humanitarian mission in Africa, including efforts to secure funding and build the infrastructure necessary to deliver accountable, mission-driven programs.

Skyler Snyder

Youth Advisor 
Co-Founder / Refugee Programs

Skyler has visited multiple refugee camps across Africa and Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on supporting youth in resettlement communities. She has assisted in distributing school supplies and clothing, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges young people face. Inspired by her father’s commitment, Skyler played a role in shaping the Lost Faces of Humanity Foundation, where she brings a unique youth perspective to the board. She offers valuable insight into how to thoughtfully engage younger audiences in Western society.

Uche Izuora

Uganda Ambassador for Refugee Programs

March 2022, Uche assists Lost Faces of Humanity with a team located in Uganda, for manufacturing backpacks and their distribution to school children living in the Rhino and Imvepi Camp Refugee settlements.

Based in Arua, Uganda, Uchea is a former computer scientist by training and a missionary by calling, serves with His-Sickles International Mission (HIM) Uganda. From 2005 to 2016, he worked in South Sudan, loved and obeyed among the youth, students within the Uganda refugee camps. Though the insecurities in South Sudan necessitated a relocation to Uganda in 2016 through the present, he continues to pursue a global mission serving South Sudanese refugees living in Uganda.

Junedien Reshid

Ethiopian Country Representative

Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Junedien’s experience includes working for the Administration for Refugees and Returnees Affairs (ARRA), specializing in refugee governance and management. Working as public relations, communications, and information main division head for all the refugee camps in Ethiopia, including the Program Coordinating manager in Dimma (Okugu), Kule, and Nguenyyiel refugee camps in Gambella, Ethiopia.
